The Westchase Charitable Foundation is tax exempt under the provisions of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Foundation will consider funding for a variety of social or human services assistance depending on the specific needs and requests of the applicant.
The Foundation as a general rule does not allocate funds to individuals more than once in a calendar year unless there are unusual circumstances.
Applicants are urged to contact the foundation either in writing or by telephone detailing their need for assistance. The board of directors will review all requests and final determinations for charitable contributions will be made by a majority vote.
